Sailor's toys began when founder Alexander Krotenko retired from the world of professional windsurfing and sailing. Looking to stay close to his love of the ocean he and his daughter Catherine opened Sailors Toys in Vancouver BC.

Located at North Vancouver’s Lynnwood Marina we offer a wide selection of quality nautical instruments and gifts. Including the complete works of renowned French painter Benoit Leman, the official artist of the Monaco Yacht Club, whose art is available exclusively in Canada at Sailor’s Toys.   In addition to Leman we also carry the photographic works of Philip Plisson, Gilles Martin-Raguet, Guillaume Plisson and Nick Rains.

We also offer a wide selection of models from rowboats to schooners all handmade by the top craftsman in Holland, France and Britain. Each model is made with exacting detail and authenticity, including are line of replica’s that are based on some of history’s most famous and storied ships.
